BlackCap Equity Management was founded by David T. Hansen in 2022 as a boutique private equity firm specialized within the fast-growing niche industry Fertility Care (also known as IVF or Reproductive Health).

The focus is long-term sustained value-creating investments in promising small and mid-market growth companies and technologies ("Buy and Build").

The company representatives are present in Denmark, UK, India and US, with more locations to be added during 2022.
